Who are we?

Our boutique hotel in the Old Montreal was once home to 17th century terraced houses owned by Sieur Le Moyne and Sieur Le Ber, successful fur traders and brothers-in-law. These historic relics can be admired on the stone walls of our hotel from the moment you enter the Saint-Sulpice Hotel Montreal.

Behind our restaurant, a well-kept secret is hidden: the gardens of the Seminary of St. Sulpice. This religious community, which once ruled Montreal, still occupies this magnificent seminary and is the pride of our hotel.

At Le Saint-Sulpice, we express a sincere desire to see our guests' heads filled with pleasant, typically Montreal memories.

We are looking for housekeepers. The person we are looking for must be independent, have a sense of initiative and innovation, and will be expected to actively participate in moving our business forward by maximizing revenues and actively participating in various projects throughout the hotel.

Are you the person we are looking for?

  • No education required;
  • No experience required;
  • Be in good physical shape;
  • Good stress tolerance;
  • Quick turnaround time;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Responsible, resourceful, courteous and smiling;
  • Professional attitudes and behaviors (discretion, honesty, teamwork skills, autonomy, etc.)

The persons sought will have to carry out the following tasks, among others:

  • Prepare the material necessary for the maintenance of the premises assigned to them;
  • Prepare the unit for cleaning;
  • Clean suites (change bedding and make beds, dust furniture and vacuum carpets, drapes and upholstery, disinfect and clean sanitary facilities and floors, remove garbage, check condition of furniture and equipment, replenish hospitality and hygiene products, etc.)
  • Report irregularities in the condition of rooms;
  • Clean the rooms or accessories attached to the rental unit (kitchenette, whirlpool, fireplace, etc.);
  • All other tasks related and/or necessary to the smooth running of operations.
