Sustainable and Social Development Program

Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel Montreal is pleased to present its Green Program, bringing together its actions in terms of social and sustainable development. In order to improve our hotel in reducing our impact on the environment, Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel Montreal has developed new management tools and actions. We are now a member of the Green Key program, which rates the hotels on a scale from 1 to 5 Green Keys for their environmental friendly actions. We are very proud of our current 4 Green Keys rating.

We are focusing on water and energy conservation, waste and recycling management. We select primarily local suppliers who are environmentally conscious. We encourage our staff to contribute and participate in our environmentally friendly actions. (we recycle batteries and phones, paper, Nespresso pods).

We now invite our customers to opt out of housekeeping service during their stay at the hotel. For each day of refusal of service, $5 is donated to the organization of the month chosen by one of our employees.

For the month of December, our fundraising will be in favor of Welcome Hall Mission is the largest doorway to help for Montrealers in need. Programs and resources are available to support people experiencing homelessness, families living in precarity, young and single mothers, at-risk youth and the elderly.
